Your fascia is a living, sensing, liquid crystalline seam system that has a tremendous influence on our body, movement, pain, and self-awareness.
The focus of our time together will be on self-myofascial release practices, using specialty massage balls, therapeutic yoga poses, and conscious movement where the emphasis is on the internal experience over the external appearance of movements or postures.
These somatic, myofascial, and yoga practices are designed to soften tension patterns, enhance resilience in your body, increase self-awareness and activate the relaxation response, leaving you feeling restored and radiant from the inside out.
