How to get started with body-mind approaches

Radiance Therapy & Wellness offers in-office appointments in San Luis Obispo and Telehealth services for people across California.

Body-mind approaches are incorporated into all of our programs.

If you are receiving this work in person, body-mind approaches consist of gentle hands on connective tissue work, performed while on a massage table, in addition to facilitated body mind dialogue practices or guided somatic movement re-education exercises.

Telehealth services combine somatic and mindfulness practices, body dialogue, somatic focused inner parts work, and movement re-education.

The primary principle of body mind approaches is that we all have an innate healer within and with skilled guidance we can remove the obstacles in the way of accessing our body intelligence so we can live our most radiant life.
